    Bill brings over 25 years of general management and sales experience to his leadership role at Accelero Health Partners. In addition to his leadership duties, Bill plays an active role in directing product innovation and customer first iniatives. Prior to joining Accelero, Bill held senior positions in sales and marketing for Zimmer, Stryker, Power Medical Interventions, Boston Scientific , Johnson & Johnson. Bill earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Hope College in Holland, Michigan.

    Joseph E. Tomaro, PhD

    Senior Vice President of Operations

    In his 12 plus years with Accelero, Joe has worked with hospital and physician leaders to develop musculoskeletal programs in over 125 markets across the United States and several more in Europe and the Middle East. He currently leads Accelero’s product development efforts and partner education programs. Joe earned his PhD in Health Sciences from the University of Pittsburgh. He has been published several times in peer review publication, and regularly presents at industry conferences.

    Joe has been with Accelero for ten years, and has worked in healthcare finance for 26 years. Joe provides extensive healthcare finance and accounting experience to the Accelero team, including patient finance, reimbursement, cost accounting, project analysis, and budgeting/planning. He holds a Masters of Busines Administration degree from Robert Morris University with a management concentration.
