Methodologies

We use the most current best practices and lean methodology to remove waste and improve the efficiency of your processes while ensuring superior outcomes.  We benchmark your data against the competition and provide solutions that will ensure the best clinical-outcomes for a lower overall cost of care.  Accelero has identified 287 criteria for a high performing joint replacement program, with similar criteria for spine, fracture care and outpatient.  Comparing the hospital program to these criteria will help to isolate the areas in need of improvement.  Then the necessary processes or programs can be implemented to meet or exceed program requirements.
